The Community Engagement Project aims to offer English classes to Tijuana residents from economically disadvantaged backgrounds with limited educational opportunities. Our objective is to bridge the communication gap between Spanish-speaking residents and their healthcare providers, while also equipping them with essential English language skills for their daily interactions and needs.
